- Seller Agreement

- Sellers listing food, beverages, cosmetics, or consumable items must comply with FDA regulations, local health codes, and safety standards.
Product Listings & Responsibilities
- Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and images of their products.
- For Food & Consumables:
- Clearly list ingredients, allergens, expiration dates, and storage instructions.
- Ensure products meet packaging and labeling laws set by the FDA and USDA.
- Avoid health claims unless permitted by regulatory agencies.
Payments & Fees
- Sellers agree to the platform’s fee structure, as outlined below:
- First Three Months: Listing Fee: $0.10 per item, Transaction Fee: 4% of subtotal, Processing Fee: 2%.
- Standard Fees After Three Months: Listing Fee: $0.15 per item, Transaction Fee: 5% of subtotal, Processing Fee: 3%.
- Fees are automatically deducted from sales proceeds.
- Refunds for listing fees are not available, even if items do not sell.
Shipping & Returns
- Sellers manage their own fulfillment and shipping; estimated delivery times must be communicated clearly.
- For Perishable Items: Sellers must provide appropriate shipping methods to prevent spoilage.
- Sellers must define their own return/refund policy in product listings.
- Sellers are responsible for addressing disputes with buyers directly.
- Buyer Agreement
Purchasing Terms
- Buyers must review seller descriptions and return policies before completing a purchase.
- 4D Shops of Imagination does not guarantee product quality and is not liable for individual seller performance.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely through the platform.

Shipping & Delivery
- Sellers determine their own shipping timelines. Buyers acknowledge that delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping methods.
- For Food & Consumables:
- Perishable items may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Buyers assume responsibility for proper storage and use after delivery.
- Marketplace Regulations
