• Comply with Laws and Policies: Follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including those specific to Oklahoma and the United States. Adhere to 4D Shops of Imagination’s policies, including the Prohibited Items Policy and Intellectual Property Policy.
• Secure Order Fulfillment: Process and ship orders within the timeframes listed in your shop. Use secure packaging to ensure items arrive safely.
• Handle Disputes Fairly: Work with buyers to resolve any issues regarding orders, returns, or refunds in good faith and in accordance with platform policies.

2. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of our community, the following actions are prohibited:

• Listing items that violate the Prohibited Items Policy or intellectual property rights.
• Providing false or misleading information in listings.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as false claims or attempts to avoid platform fees.
• Conducting transactions outside the 4D Shops of Imagination platform.
• Using buyer information for purposes other than fulfilling orders (e.g., sending unsolicited marketing emails).

3. Shop Maintenance

Sellers are expected to:

• Regularly update their shop details, including policies, processing times, and inventory availability.
• Clearly state their return, refund, and cancellation policies in their shop.
• Mark orders as shipped and provide tracking information, where applicable.

4. Fees and Payments

Sellers are responsible for:

• Paying all applicable fees for listing items and completing transactions on the platform.
• Reviewing the Fees and Payments Policy for details on charges, payout schedules, and refund processes.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

4D Shops of Imagination reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Violating platform policies or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Repeated or severe buyer complaints.
• Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

6. Tax Obligations

Sellers are responsible for:

• Complying with local, state, and federal tax laws, including those in Oklahoma.
• Collecting and remitting sales tax where required by law.
