At 4D Shops of Imagination, we honor creative sovereignty and strive to offer fair, transparent pricing for all sellers. This policy outlines the costs associated with selling your products and how our fee structure supports your growth while sustaining the integrity of our platform.

 

🌱 Membership Tiers

We offer three flexible membership tiers to meet vendors where they are in their journey:

 

Tier Monthly Fee Includes:

Seed Tier$5/month For new vendors testing the waters. Includes 1–2 listings and access to community updates.

Root Tier$15/month Full access to marketplace tools, onboarding support, and up to 10 listings.

Bloom Tier$25/month Priority placement, unlimited listings, and access to vendor forums and co-marketing opportunities.

 

Membership fees are billed monthly and can be upgraded or canceled at any time. Premium pages such as Imagination Exchange are included with Root and Bloom tiers. There

💳 Stripe Transaction Fee & Payout Schedule

To support secure, reliable payment processing, a $0.50 Stripe transaction fee is applied to each completed sale. This fee helps us maintain platform integrity and covers the cost of Stripe’s infrastructure.

  • This fee is flat-rate, regardless of item price.

  • It is charged per transaction, not per listing.

  • Vendors retain full control over their pricing and can factor this fee into their product costs.

  • We believe in keeping all costs visible and predictable. This fee ensures smooth, protected commerce while honoring the creative sovereignty of our sellers.

🏦 Banking Regulations & Payout Timing

In alignment with U.S. banking regulations and Stripe’s standard processing timelines, vendor payouts are issued every Friday, minus the $0.50 transaction fee per completed sale. This schedule ensures compliance, consistency, and a predictable rhythm for your earnings.

  • Payouts are sent to the bank account on file with Stripe.

  • Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank’s clearing policies, but most vendors receive funds within 1–2 business days after payout.

  • You’ll receive a weekly summary of transactions and fees for full transparency.

We’re committed to honoring both the sacred pace of creativity and the practical needs of commerce. If you ever need help reconciling payouts or adjusting your pricing structure, our support team is here to assist.

We’re actively developing a suite of optional services designed to help vendors grow with intention and ease. These enhancements will offer expanded visibility, deeper insights, and collaborative promotional tools.

Planned offerings include:

  • Featured Listings: Priority placement in curated sections and search results

  • Advertising Campaigns: Custom promotional tools to reach aligned audiences

  • Analytics Tools: Premium insights into shop performance and customer behavior

  • Co-Marketing Opportunities: Collaborative campaigns with other Bloom-tier vendors

These services are not yet active but will be introduced gradually. Fees and access details will be clearly communicated before launch.

 

📊 Fee Transparency & Refunds

At 4D Shops of Imagination, we believe in clarity, trust, and intentional commerce. Our fee structure is simple: vendors select a membership tier and pay upfront for access to marketplace tools and features.

  • Membership fees are paid monthly and grant access to listings, community updates, and premium pages based on tier.

  • Optional services (such as featured listings or analytics tools) will be billed separately when launched.

  • No fees are deducted from sales proceeds. Vendors retain full control over their pricing and earnings.

  • Listing fees, where applicable, are paid at the time of item submission.

  • Refunds are not issued for partial months, unused features, or canceled memberships after the billing date.

We aim to keep all costs visible and predictable. Sellers can manage their membership and view payment history in their account settings.
